Art in the Park Mother's Day Weekend

47th Annual Rotary Art Show May 13-14 at Moorpark Park 10am-5pm 100+ artists and crafters Mother's Day Art Show. Find a gift for Mom or you!

Studio City, CA – Hundreds of art pieces will fill Moorpark Park in Studio City, CA at the 47th annual Rotary Art Show on May 13-14, 2017.

The Rotary Art Show, sponsored by the Rotary Club of Studio City-Sherman Oaks, will feature 100+ fine artists and artisan crafters exhibiting their original artwork for purchase over Mother’s Day weekend.

Art mediums include modern and contemporary painting, ceramics, sculpture, mixed media, metal art, woodworking, photography, textiles, basketry, glass art, folk art, jewelry and more.

The Rotary Art Show has been a beloved staple in the community since 1970, drawing hundreds of fine art collectors and shoppers from all over the greater Los Angeles area.

Show hours are from 10am – 5pm both days. Gourmet hamburgers and hot dogs as well as refreshments are provided by Boy Scout troop 210.

The Rotary Club of Studio City-Sherman Oaks is seeking local and regional artists to participate, as well as sponsorships of all kinds from local businesses and corporations.

The ultimate beneficiaries of these events are people “in need.” Every year, numerous charity organizations benefit from the funds raised by the volunteers of the Rotary Club of Studio City – Sherman Oaks including The Braille Institute, Valley of Hope, Valley Interfaith Council (VIC), Hands for Hope, Pacoima Food Bank, and Activity, Recreation and Care (ARC) just to name a few.

This bi-annual art show takes place every year in May and October at Moorpark Park located at 12061 Moorpark Street, corner of Laurel Canyon and Moorpark Street.
