Campaign For Judicial Integrity: Congressional Candidate Takes The Pledge

Congressional Candidate from California takes the Campaign for Judicial Integrity Pledge to Eradicate Judicial Corruption. 

LOS ANGELES, California May 15, 2014           For Immediate Release: 

Mark Reed, Congressional Candidate for the 30th District in California believes the corruption within Government is a corrosive force which must be addressed by every government official.  The Campaign for Judicial Integrity Pledge reminds every government official of this fact; identifying and remedying corruption is a priority which must be addressed with legislation, and every other Constitutional remedy available to eradicate corruption.  Areas of corruption currently unchallenged or unrecognized are: 

o  Parents who have their children under US licensed medical-care are challenged and facing abduction of their children by the Courts. 
o  Conservatorship issues (Wholesaling of property, violation of California law for Conservators to focus on keeping the conservatee in their own home, whole premature distribution of household contents, adult children subject to wiles of step-parents manipulating the court and judicial powers to exclude or limit visitation. 
o  Child Support payments – affect quality of life and families in America 
o  Corruption via consolidation: 5 out of 27 Superior Courts were closed in LA County which should simplify oversight with reduced geography to cover.  However, instead it expanded the possibility of corruption and lack of services because the ratio and volume of case load to staff created an unjustified redefinition of case eligibility based on higher dollars rather than merit or injury to qualify a case. 

Candidate Reed states: “My objective is to serve the constituents of the 30th Congressional District. The intention of the Campaign for Judicial Integrity Pledge is for Constituents and Government officials to recognize the adverse consequences corruption has within the government.
