DEADLINE AUGUST 23 to stop FAA flight path over SC, SO, Encino

WE are going to be overwhelmed by a new flight path being directly over our heads WITHOUT our input. DEADLINE IS AUGUST 23! to respond. Here is the the link to the website.

In the middle of the FAA page under the dark blue titles at the far right there is a very small box (Email FAA) for each of the procedures. Send comments to both of the "procedures" listed.

Enter your name and other requested contact information.
Under type of concern: Check DP (departures).
Please put the date in the comment box. We have learned that there is an attempt to back date these procedures.

Sample Comments and objections:
Request that they correct the area map included with the Procedure documents and then restart the clock on the comment period.

Object to waypoints in the residential area
Object to these procedures being implemented without an Environmental Impact Report being completed Low flight altitude and high speeds over our terrainLack of Burbank Airport outreach/notice to the community.

Health consequences from emissions. Lack of Environmental Impact Report. No Noise and Air Quality Studies in impacted areas.

Comment period ending BEFORE Burbank Airport provides the final results of the study they commissioned at the behest of US Rep. Adam Schiff. Closing comment period PRIOR to release of final results makes the study MOOT.

Request to move the waypoints from over our heads TO natural noise corridor of the 170.101 Fwys.
