'Desperate Housewives' Actor Arrested In Neighbor's Burglary
Josh Henderson was arrested after his Studio City neighbor reportedly claimed to recognize him in security footage from a home burglary.

STUDIO CITY, CA — "Desperate Housewives"actor Josh Henderson, was free on bail Wednesday after he was accused of burglarizing his neighbor's Studio City home.
The actor was arrested Monday in connection with a burglary just after midnight in the 11100 block of Aqua Vista Street, according to the Los Angeles Police Department. Police released few details about the incident, but TMZ reported that the 37-year-old actor was suspected of being one of three people caught on video surveillance climbing over a balcony and stealing about $7,000 worth of jewelry.
According to the celebrity gossip magazine, the victim identified Henderson and one of his friends from the video, but their faces were obscured, and authorities could not make their own determination about who was in the video. Sources related to the actor told TMZ, however, that Henderson was not one of the hoodie-wearing intruders and that a neighbor who claimed to recognize his jaw line on the surveillance video was mistaken.
