Dryer Fire Damages Studio City Home
Firefighters made quick work of a blaze that spread from a dryer to the walls of a Studio City home.

STUDIO CITY, CA — A fire began in a clothes dryer and spread to the walls of a Studio City house Monday afternoon, but no one was hurt.
The fire at the one-story home at 4321 N. Goodland Ave. was reported at 3:31 p.m. and was extinguished in 11 minutes by 26 firefighters, Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Amy Bastman said.
A damage estimate was not immediately released.
