What's on the Menu:
• Olive tapenade
• Basic pizza dough
• Sauces – pesto, red (salsa d’pomodoro)
• Toppings: roasted peppers, mushrooms, onions, olives, salumi (soppresaata), pepperoni, spinach, sun dried tomatoes
• Cheeses: buffalo mozzarella, shredded mozarella, goat cheese
• Garnish: capers, fresh basil, roasted garlic
• Dessert: Nutella dessert pizza with slivered almonds
