
Meditation is as simple as it is profound. What's difficult is finding the time to do it. Tom will help you with the former, but because it's so simple and beneficial, you'll want to find the time to meditate.
Tom began meditating in 1994. In 1997 he had a physical. The attending nurse took his pulse twice and asked him if he ran marathons. He was flattered, but never ran more than 6 miles in his life. She asked him if was a tri-athlete. Nope. A few minutes later she asked him if he meditated. BINGO! She told him that his resting heart rate in 1993 was 68 and that day it was 50. Both times she checked it!
There are myriad benefits to meditating and Tom will share those with you as well as have you experience 4 different types of meditations. You'll be home and meditating on your own by 4pm (if you live near City Yoga.)
