Being mindful is a means of paying careful attention to your moment-by-moment experiences in a wholly non-judgmental way. This special form of attentiveness enables you to find new insights into life situations and, in turn, develop richer and more skillful responses to these events. This class is designed for those new to meditation or those who would like a refresher. There will be simple instructions in the practice of Mindfulness Meditation. You will have a chance to ask questions and we will have some discussion. Come and develop your practice of mindfulness - both on and off the meditation cushion.
