With a Brush of Love • Guest Speaker-Rotary Club of Studio City/Sherman Oaks Luncheon

Guest speaker, Ms. Lauren Henry is a sensory designer and color expert as well as the founder of her own company, With a Brush of Love since 2002, www.brushoflove.com.

Ms. Henry will discuss how her work transforms the lives of families that have children with autism and special needs through the art of sensory design. She does this by incorporating various techniques such as color, lighting, and spatial organization which all play a part in the childrens emotional response. Ultimately, it is possible to dramatically increase one's ability to succeed in all areas, scholastically, socially and most importantly, within the home by changing one's environment. The effect can be to pacify those who are overly agitated or aggressive, stimulate the withdrawn, or improve focus and concentration.

Ms. Henry has also been featured on HGTV's "kidspace" and ABC's "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" as well as "CNN-HLN."
