Family Needs Help Finding Missing Studio City Man, 88
An 88-year-old Studio City man suffering from dementia has been missing since Thursday.

STUDIO CITY, CA - The family and the Los Angeles Police Department asked for the public’s help today to find an 88-year-old man who suffers from dementia and went missing from his home in Studio City.
Herbert Peterson was last seen Thursday in the 12000 block of Moorpark Street, near Laurel Canyon Boulevard, according to the LAPD.
Peterson is 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs about 175 pounds, according to police. He has salt and pepper hair and blue eyes. He also has a long beard, long hair and dark spot on his left cheek.

Peterson was wearing a long, gray coat, black pants, black tennis shoes and black baseball cap when he disappeared, according to the LAPD.
Anyone with information on Peterson’s whereabouts was asked to call LAPD Detective L. Saiza at the department’s Missing Persons Unit at (213) 996- 1800. Tipsters can also call 911 or the 24-hour tipline at (877) LAPD-24-7.
