Former Riverdance stars open Celtic Irish Dance Academy

Everyone has heard of Riverdance, the Irish Dance touring show that took the world by storm. Two former Riverdance stars have settled in the Valley and opened the Celtic Irish Dance Academy. Caterina Coyne, TCRG and Maeve Croke, TCRG, aim to create a family-friendly environment that will ingrain a love of Irish dance, a sense of confidence, and high competitive standards in each of their students. Irish dance is an art form that increases physical and mental skills, self-esteem, teamwork and discipline.

Caterina and Maeve have been friends for over ten years, touring the world together with Riverdance. It was a natural progression not only for them to become Irish Dance instructors, but to open a dance academy together.
