Frugal Family: Shop Community Holiday Boutiques From Studio City to Westlake Village
Local schools, nonprofits, religious institutions and art studios have a slew of gifts at varying price points.
When/Where: Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., 5000 Van Nuys Blvd., Suite 110, Sherman Oaks.
Why Go: The Boutique will showcase many decorative jewelry and accessories, infant and children’s clothing, as well as beautifully handmade crafts created by Circle of Care Leeza’s Place guests. Also, the Grilled Cheese Truck and Lake Street Creamery will be making an appearance in the afternoon. Boutique for a Cause will directly benefit COCLP, a free resource and support center for family caregivers who are impacted by a loved one with a memory disorder or chronic illness.

When/Where: Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Westlake Hills Elementary, 3333 S. Medicine Bow Ct., Westlake Village.
Why Go: Start the holiday season off at this shopping event in one convenient location. Find an extensive array of jewelry, women’s clothing and accessories, kids clothing, floral and ome décor, handmade alpaca goods, gourmet foods, handmade leather bags, stationery and tons of great gifts under $20. Part of the proceeds go back to the school.

The Country School Holiday Boutique
When/Where: Saturday, 10 a.m.- 4 p.m. The Country School, 5243 Laurel Canyon Blvd., between Magnolia and Weddington. Parking on Laurel Canyon and in the school parking lot on Weddington.
Why Go: Featured vendors include A Papier, Alana Sands, Almond Blossom Soaps, Arbonne, Costella Handbags, Creatively Elegant, DBD Designs, Dustin & Daisy, Emily Faith Collection, Go Green Lunch Box, Goldparty Girls, Jackie D'Alessio, Hostess Gifts To Go, Rico Adair, Roni B., Tough Cookies, Tamales by Delores and many more.
