Harry Potter Scoop: Butterbeer Ice Cream At Universal Studios

UNIVERSAL CITY, CA – Harry Potter fan alert!

Just in time for summer, Butterbeer ice cream is now being served at “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter™” at Universal Studios Hollywood.

Described as "rich, palate-pleasing" and reminiscent of butterscotch and shortbread, the Hogsmeade treat joins the menu of such Butterbeer items as traditional, frozen and hot beverages, Butterbeer Potted Cream and Butterbeer Fudge, and will be served at carts within Hogsmeade and at Three Broomsticks™.

Inspired by J.K. Rowling’s compelling stories and characters brought to life in Warner Bros. movies, “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” at Universal Studios Hollywood is a fan-favorite recreation of the fiction and films, including the iconic Hogwarts castle.

With snow-capped roofs and cobblestone streets, “The Wizarding World of Harry Potter” transports guests to the land made famous in books and on the silver screen, with the “Harry Potter and the Forbidden Journey” thrill ride, “Flight of the Hippogriff,” Universal Studios Hollywood’s first outdoor family coaster, authentic food and beverages, plus shops with Harry Potter goodies.
