Harvard-Westlake Cellist Selected to Perform at Carnegie Hall

Cellist Samantha Yoon ‘18 was selected by the American Protégé International Concerto Competition 2015 to perform at Carnegie Hall in New York City in December.

The competition was open to all instruments, including strings, piano, voice and winds. Participants were required to submit video and/or audio recording materials for the audition. Samantha competed in the category for students aged 13-18.

Participants from across the United States, Canada, China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Russia, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Bulgaria, Italy, and Israel participated in the competition.
