Health Department Restaurants Closures Around Studio City
Vermin infestation was the chief culprit behind recent health department restaurant closures in the area.
STUDIO CITY, CA -- Vermin infestations were overwhelmingly responsible for health department restaurant closures in Studio City and North Hollywood over the last couple months.
In all, vermin forced the closure of two Studio City and six North Hollywood restaurants.
Most restaurants that are closed for critical violations reopen within a few days after correcting the problem that forced the closure. But beyond major violations that force immediate closure are minor infractions that produce unsanitary conditions which could lead to outbreaks of foodborne or viral illnesses.
