We’ll be serving up free ice cream and frozen yogurt for dogs this Saturday and Sunday at all Pet Food Express stores, including the Tarzana location, at 18419 Ventura Blvd. from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 16-17.
