Man Freed From Vehicle In Car-Splitting Studio City Crash

STUDIO CITY, CA -- Firefighters freed a man trapped inside a vehicle after a crash in Studio City early this morning.

Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics and firefighters were called at about 12:30 a.m. to 3400 Cahuenga Blvd., where they found a vehicle had slammed into a utility pole, splitting the car in two, according to KeyNews.tv.

Firefighters used mechanical tools to free the victim, who was taken to a hospital in an unknown condition.
