Another magnum opus by the celebrated choreographer and director, Sir Matthew Bourne, "Cinderella" is a thrilling and evocative love story set in London during the Second World War.
With Lez Brotherston’s sumptuous costumes and sets, which won an Olivier Award for his original designs, and lighting by Olivier Award-winning Neil Austin, “Cinderella” is performed in surround sound, designed by Paul Groothuis and featuring a specially commissioned recording played by a 60-piece orchestra.

Bourne’s vivid storytelling has never been more touching and captivating, taking audiences into the heart of Prokofiev’s magnificent score, and the sights and sounds of war-torn London during The Blitz.

Performances are Tuesday through Friday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 2 and 8 p.m., Sunday at 1 and 6:30 p.m. There are No performances on Mondays. Exceptions: Added 2 p.m. performance on Thursday, March 7 and No 6:30 p.m. performance on Sunday, March 10. Running Time is 2 hours, 30 minutes with two 15 minute intermissions, the first following Act One and the second following Act Two.
Maddy trained at The Royal Ballet School and joined Matthew Bourne's New Adventures in 2003. Matthew Bourne); Cabaret (Dir. Rufus Norris, Choreo. Javier De Frutos); Assistant Choreographer for the transfer of Nell Gwynn from the Globe to the Apollo Theatre in 2016. Also in 2016 Maddy was invited by Christopher Luscombe to choreograph a private cabaret at Windsor Castle celebrating Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth’s 90th Birthday. Maddy also leads New Adventures workshops both nationally and internationally.
