Meet North Hollywood's New Police Captain

Capt. Peter Whittingham is introduced to the C-PAB members at this month's meeting.

The Los Angeles Police Department North Hollywood Division's new captain, Peter Willingham, was introduced to the Community Police Auxiary Board (C-PAB) on Thursday night at the group's monthly meeting at the Kaiser Permanante facility on Sherman Way in North Hollywood.

Whittingham was a homicide detective in the North Hollywood division for a time back in the mid-90s, and has now transferred to North Hollywood from the Hollywood Patrol Division.

"Coming back to North Hollywood is like coming back home," said Whittingham. "Having full support and partnership to the community starts with C-PAB."
