Michelle, Ma Belle...

The Holidays are here, for all intensive purposes, and what does that mean?  Party prep and champagne soar up your to-do list.  Michelle, a new sparkling wine line with a bubbly personality, has the celebrational libations covered, and appropriately enough will be launching at Blo dry bars in Beverly Hills and Tarzana.  While the salons will provide some essential tips and tricks for holiday glamour, reps from Michelle, which hails from Washington State's Domaine Ste. Michelle winery, will be demonstrating the best was to serve and savor the sparkling line.

On December 5, Michelle will be turning up at Blo Beverly Hills (252 South Beverly Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90212, from 6-9PM) and Blo Tarzana (18622 Ventura Boulevard, Tarzana, CA 91356 from 6-8PM) doing her thing.

With Thanksgiving and Chanukah right around the corner, however, we wanted to pop over to Michelle's to get some ideas ASAP. She delivers, with a few recipes:

French Kiss

1 Sugar Cube

1 Splash Raspberry Liqueur

4 oz Michelle Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine

1 Slice Fresh Lemon

Place sugar cube into Collins glass. Drop 1 splash of Raspberry Liqueur and let it soak in. Top with Michelle Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine. Garnish with lemon.


Paradise Found Banana Sparkler

1 ½ oz Banana Liqueur

4 oz Michelle Extra Dry Sparkling Wine

Combine 1 ½ ounces banana liqueur with 4oz. Michelle Extra Dry Sparkling Wine into a pitcher and gently stir. Pour cocktail into a chilled Martini glass and enjoy.

Soirée in Style Brutini

1 Part Michelle Brut Sparkling Wine

1 Splash Melon Liqueur

1 Squeeze Fresh Orange Juice

Mix ingredients and garnish with a slice of fresh strawberry.
