Nancy Patanski (Piper Reese) and her friend Kyra (Franchesca Maia) have to spend their Saturday night babysitting in the house that once belonged to Henry Howard Froam - aka Giggles, the perfect killer clown. Nancy assures Kyra that they have nothing to worry about since Henry Howard Froam has been dead for years. But, when their friend Jacob (Jacob Melton) shows up unannounced, they discover that Henry Howard Froam left some items behind. Nancy soon realizes that the spirit of Giggles is determined to live on.
