No Charges For Actor Accused Of Burglarizing Neighbor

Josh Henderson who appeared in "Desperate Housewives" and "The Arrangement" was suspected of burglarizing his Studio City neighbor.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Actor Josh Henderson won't face charges in connection with a burglary at his neighbor's Studio City home, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced Tuesday.

Citing insufficient evidence, prosecutors declined to file a case against the actor best known for his roles in the television series "Desperate Housewives" and the E! drama series "The Arrangement."

The 37-year-old actor was arrested just after midnight last week on suspicion of burglary, after his neighbor claimed to recognize his profile in a security footages showing several men breaking into the house. However, the men wore hats and hoodies, making it difficult to identify them. Henderson was released hours after his arrest after posting $50,000 bail, according to the Los Angeles Police Department and sheriff's inmate records.
