A flawed and misleading Shared Parking Proposal - New Development at Sportsmen's Lodge

Say “No Free Parking” in our neighborhoods
for developers asking for special treatment
from our City officials!
Say no to a smoke and mirrors parking
proposal begging special permission to dump
over 400 cars onto the streets of our
neighborhoods by providing only 600 spaces
instead of over 1,000 spaces as required
by the Ventura/Cahuenga Boulevard Specific Plan.
Don’t believe the song and dance:
The shared parking proposal for the
Sportsmen’s Landing Shopping Center is flawed & inaccurate, failing to account for all sources of parking demand. Behind this proposal is an increase in traffic congestion and overflow parking into our neighborhoods.

TEMPLATE:
I oppose implementation of the flawed & inaccurate shared parking proposal for the Sportsmen’s Landing Shopping Center. It will increase traffic congestion and parking problems in my neighborhood, and diminish the quality of life I enjoy in Studio City.
