Radio Personality Lists Home for $1.2 Million

David W. Dameshek and Cindi A. Dameshek have listed for sale a three-bedroom, 2.5-bath home at 4308 Teesdale Ave. in Studio City for $1.175 million.

The Damesheks paid $590,000 for the property in July 2008. The 2,930-square-foot house was built in 2006 in Studio City. Matt Epstein of Prudential California Realty is the listing agent.

Mr. Dameshek is a television writer and radio personality. He is currently a football analyst and writer for NFL.com and host of the Dave Dameshek Football Podcast.

He earned his bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism from Indiana University.

According to BlockShopper.com, there have been 378 home sales in Studio City during the past 12 months, with a median sale price of $665,000.
