Remember to do a thorough self examination monthly and have an annual mammogram. 15 years ago I was not as careful as I should have been as I then assumed breast cancer was for people with a family history. Because of my delay I was diagnosed with Stage 2 rather than Stage 1. Always be diligent and to do your best with lifestyle choices as well.
