Rescue Underway At Los Angeles Griffith Park

LOS ANGELES, CA -- A rescue is underway Sunday morning at a popular Los Angeles hiking destination. The Los Angeles Fire Department said it received around 9:32 a.m. of a 25-year-old female hiker who needed assistance at Griffith Park.
A hoist operation is underway to rescue the hiker, officials said.
No other information was immediately available.
