Roman Polanski Accused Of Raping Another Girl
A woman who alleges she was sexually victimized by director Roman Polanski when she was a minor is hosting a news conference: BREAKING.

LOS ANGELES, CA — Another woman is alleging she was “sexually victimized” by director Roman Polanski in 1973 when she was a minor at the age of 16, her attorney Gloria Allred announced Tuesday. This is the third woman to publicly bring such accusations against Polanski, now 83 years old. She detailed the alleged incident in a news conference alongside Allred, who has represented a previous Polanski accuser, according to People.
The victim, only identified as "Robin," said at the news conference that the day after the incident happened, she had told one friend about what Polanski had done to her. The reason she kept the assault to herself, aside from her friend, Robin said, was because she didn't want her father to do something that might cause him to go to prison for the rest of his life.
She goes on to say "When Samantha Geimer became the victim of unlawful sexual intercourse by Roman Polanski in 1977, I considered speaking up to support her in the criminal case brought against him. Her case appeared not to need my support, however, so I stayed quiet."

Over the years, Robin said she's been satisfied that "this child molester," Roman Polanski, is publicly known for sexually victimizing a 13-year-old girl. Recently, she saw Samantha Geimer on the news "supporting" Mr. Polanski in stating that he's done everything he's needed to do.
"This infuriated me, and I'm speaking out now so Samantha and the world will know that she's not the only minor that Roman Polanski victimized," Robin said.

Robin isn't looking to file a civil suit against Polanski, according to Fox News, she simply wants to make her story heard and potentially use her testimony if the director ever goes back on trial in the United States.

The Oscar-winning director has been a fugitive for the better part of four decades having fled the country before he could be sentenced for unlawful sexual intercourse with a then-13-year-old girl in 1977.
In June, the victim in that case asked a judge to drop the 40-year-old case.
If a judge grants her request, Polanski's exile as a fugitive would come to an end. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon said he will issue a written ruling, but he didn't indicate when.
His victim, Samantha Geimer, has blasted prosecutors alleging misconduct and contempt for the lifelong suffering the case has caused her.
Geimer, who is now a grandmother, pleaded with the judge to consider that "now a fifth generation of my family may be unfairly burdened and resolve this matter without the spectacle of arresting and incarcerating an 83-year-old defendant for the benefit of the egos involved in this case." She noted that she has suffered "insults and mistreatment" for 40 years.
"... I would implore you to consider taking action which can finally bring this matter to a close as an act of mercy to myself and my family," Geimer said to the judge.
She also suggested that Polanski could be sentenced without having to return to court — a suggestion that had already been rejected by the judge earlier this year.
Polanski's attorney, Harland Braun, asked the judge to dismiss the case in the interests of justice, saying his 83-year-old client has accepted responsibility for his actions and had a "reasonable fear of our system."
The defense lawyer has maintained that Polanski has already served more than enough time, including time he spent at a state prison in Chino in the late 1970s for a pre-sentencing diagnostic examination and also in jail and under house arrest in Switzerland in 2009 as Swiss authorities considered an extradition request.
The director, writer and producer, who won an Oscar in 2002 for "The Pianist," fled to his native France in 1978 before his sentencing and still lives in Europe. Southern California authorities have tried for years to bring him back to America.
