What: The Hiring event will offer the opportunity to get an in-depth view of Rudy’s culture. Allow you to meet stylist, educators and managers. Explore product company’s and likeminded brands that Rudy’s has partnered with.

Why: Rudy’s is looking for dedicated Stylist/Barbers who want to grow and developed their skill sets and clientele. Rudy’s offers educational and inspirational classes. Rudy’s offers the ability to grow and advance by hiring within its ranks for management, education and recruiting positions.
There will also be a raffle and fun giveaways!!

Description:

The Rudy’s Barbershop Stylist is a self-motivated, creative, inspirational brand ambassador who exceeds the expectations of the customer with superior technical skills and customer service. Someone who can work within our 23-year-old “start-up” community barbershop and help take it to the next level. We are looking for like-minded originals who can adapt to a fast paced, team oriented environment while also maximizing retail opportunities. Rudy’s Stylists should exude exceptional work ethic through punctuality, enthusiasm for the brand and the ability to establish and continue to strengthen client retention, as well as being an amazing team player.
