Sportsmen's Lodge Owner Planning Massive Construction Project

The owner of the Sportsmen's Lodge in Studio City is planning a massive construction project.
The plan includes replacing the 60,000 sq. foot Event Center with retail shops and 5 new restaurants ( it's a Mall) and adding a 30,000 sq. foot Equinox Gym. We attended a Studio City Neighborhood Council (land use committee) meeting last week where the plan was presented to the committee for their blessing. Those of us that attended the meeting have serious concerns about traffic, parking, noise and how it will affect the local small businesses.
