2. 192 of the 430 marked spaces will be tandem.
3. Only 238 spaces will be self parking not requiring valet
4. The developer took 6,038 sq ft off the total project size of 97,807 sq ft to short the parking and traffic studies which is a violation of the Ventura Blvd. Specific Plan and code.
