Steven Seagal Accused Of Sexual Assault By Former Teen Actresses
Two former teen actresses allege action film star Steven Seagal of molestation and rape.
WOODLAND HILLS, CA — A former teen model came forward Monday to accuse actor Steven Seagal of sexually assaulting her when she was 17 years old. She was joined at her Woodland Hills attorney's office by an actress who alleges the action star raped her when she was a teenager in 1995.
Seagal has denied all allegations of sexual assault made by actresses and assistants in recent months.
The assault took place in 2002 at a Southern California hotel room during what was supposed to be an audition, said Faviola Dadis. She was 17 years old and hoping to land a role in a film about Genghis Khan, Dadis, a 33-year-old neuroscience doctoral candidate, said a press conference with attorney Lisa Bloom.

According to Dadis, she went to Seagal's hotel room, where he asked her to strip down to a bikini. That's when he began fondling her, she said.
“Steven approached me and said he would like to act out a romantic scene," Dadis said. "I felt uncomfortable because I was in my bikini and I expressed this."

That's when he began groping her.
"I quickly yelled that this audition is over, and I began gathering my things," she said. "Steven sat there calmly as if nothing had happened while I was noticeably upset and terrified by the experience. Steven's security guard stood blocking the doorway and only moved when Steven motioned to him.”
Dadis added, "I left feeling horrified and totally violated." She said she did not go to the authorities about what had happened because she feared she would not be able to find work in the entertainment industry.
But she said she was inspired to come forward in light of the #MeToo movement against sexual harassment in Hollywood.
Regina Simons also joined the news conference with allegations that the actor raped her in 1995. Simons said she went to Seagal's house in 1995 for a wrap party after the filming of his movie "On Deadly Ground." When she arrived, though, there was nobody else there.
“He closed the door and approached me from behind. He started kissing my neck and taking off my clothes. I was in shock. I was completely caught off guard. Seagal was more than twice my size and twice my age. I was not sexually active nor had I ever been naked in front of a man before. I froze," she said.
Seagal denied ever sexually assaulting anyone after several women accused him of sexual assault in the wake of the #MeToo movement. Actresses such as Jenny McCarthy and Portia de Rossi have accused him of sexual misconduct. He posted a lengthy statement on his Facebook page in January, saying he was being attacked by "the deep state fascist liberals and the secret government" and was the target of a "modern day witch-hunt."
His attorneys posted a statement in January in response to Simons' claims, calling them "completely fictional and made up."
"Mr. Seagal is innocent. All of the accusations against him are false. It is well known that Steven Seagal does not share the political views of the mainstream in Hollywood. It seems clear he is being targeted because of his political beliefs," his attorneys wrote.
