Rapper YG Won't Say Who Shot Him Shot at Recording Studio

Police arrived at a recording studio to find casings and blood but no victim. Rapper YG was hospitalized with gunshot wounds.

Updated at 2:30: A man, reportedly Rapper YG, was hospitalized with multiple gunshot wounds today, and he may have been the victim of a shooting at a Studio City recording studio.

The call of shots fired in the 3400 block of Cahuenga Boulevard West was received around 1:45 a.m., said Los Angeles police Sgt. Ernie Fischer.

Fischer said police found neither a victim nor suspects, although blood and shell casings were found at the scene, according to broadcast reports.

However, a 25-year-old man showed up at a hospital and told hospital staff he had been shot on Cahuenga Boulevard, was treated for three bullet wounds to the hip. The victim was “very uncooperative” with police, Fischer said. “The victim is not offering any information. Nor is anyone who drove him there.”

According to TMZ.com, the victim is rapper YG, and he was wounded at a recording studio.
