'Survivor' Host Jeff Probst Buys Gene Autry's Estate

A new celebrity moves to town.

Multi-Emmy-winning Jeff Probst, the host of Survivor, just purchased one of the most notable estates in Studio City, the , at 10985 Bluffside Drive.

The 48-year-old host who won four Emmys paid $5 million for the 3.68-acre legendary estate that went on sale for a listing price of $6.9 million.

The Singing Cowboy's two-story house has five bedrooms, multiple fireplaces, a pool, den and basement, all featuring vintage walnut paneling.  There's also a Western-style wet bar, breakfast room, library/media room and a guest house.

The house was put on sale last year by Jackie Autry, 69, who lives in Palm Springs.  It's the only time it was on the market since it was built in 1949. 

Connie Nelson of Coldwell Banker in Studio City was the listing agent.
