The passing of my Mom, Rose Szymanski, a true survivor of many Holocausts

I've been a bit of a recluse recently, dealing with the last few weeks of my mom's life. She loved the area, she had many friends here, and thanks to all of you who knew her, befriended her, and listened to her stories. 
Thanks for all your well-wishings. See photos of her when she was in WWII and helped participate in helping Jewish families, even at a young age.
