The article is "MY OWN PERSONAL PROTEST" to non-intellectual depravity of the Congress of the United States. In particular those members of Congress who call themselves "THE REPUBLICAN TEA PARTY". The article is intended to provoke and create enough anger that the readers will take the time to elect to have "Cranial Rectal Extraction".

If the mothers of these congressman & women were allowed to have abortions back then. This would be a much better place to live today.
