Local realtors get creative, including the voice of Sandy Cheeks from SpongeBob.
Carolyn Lawrence and Becky Richards of Bill Toth & Associates announce their partnership and their “out of the box” creative ways to sell, buy and renovate homes.
Carolyn Lawrence, an actress who currently voices Sandy Cheeks on Nickelodeon’s hit SpongeBob Squarepants, Cindy Vortex on The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron as well as Orel Puppington on the much loved dark comedy Moral Orel on Adult Swim.
She is also a realtor, investor and self-proclaimed construction junkie who recently shot a pilot for a home and garden network. When Lawrence isn’t busy recording, running to and from auditions, showing or buying homes, this Toluca Lake mom can be found deep in the throes of a renovation project somewhere.
