Webisode Shoots at Vivian's in Studio City

Rose by Any Other Name became a cult favorite as a webisode last year especially after making it through the indie film festival circuits. 

Actresses Stephanie Reibel (as Rose) and Fay Wolf (as Veronica) became instant celebrities at GLBT film festivals across the nation in the roles of lesbians where one of them finds herself attracted to a man. 

Filmmaker/writer/actor Kyle Schickner of FenceSitter Films used at Ventura Boulevard and Vineland Avenue this past week to shoot parts of the series that is kicking off June 1 on FilmBinder.com.

Schickner, who made Steam with Ruby Dee, Ally Sheedy and Chelsea Handler in New Jersey, Strange Fruit in Louisiana  and Paradise Lost in the Dominican Republic, said that filmmaking in Los Angeles is getting easier, even with smaller indie projects.
