2 Fairfield Residents Arrested For String of Burglaries: Police

FAIRFIELD, CA - Fairfield Police have arrested two suspects they say were caught on video breaking into vehicles in Fairfield.

Jason Goulart, 22 and his 23-year-old brother Joey, have been booked into the Solano County Jail on burglary charges. In addition, Jason had an outstanding felony warrant for his arrest for a separate possession of stolen property.

Police believe the Goulart brothers are responsible for some 40 vehicle and residential burglaries that have taken place over the past four months. Police credited residents for providing police with providing surveillance video that helped break the case.
