20-Year-Old Male Accused Of Firing Gun In TJ's Tavern's Parking Lot
The suspect was arrested after trying to flee from police this morning.

A Southern California man was arrested in Vacaville early this morning on suspicion of illegally discharging a firearm in the parking lot of a bar, police said.
Police were called to TJ’s Tavern at 554 Main St. at 1:53 a.m. on report of a suspect firing multiple numerous shots before fleeing the scene. Officers located a vehicle matching the witness descriptions parked at a local hotel, where investigators could see a handgun sitting underneath the passenger seat, according to police.
A suspect, later identified as 20-year-old Anthony Pech from Garden Grove, returned to the vehicle.

The officers tried to talk to him, but Pech allegedly fled back into the hotel, police said.
Officers chased him up to the third floor, back down and out of the building through a back door where an officer shot him with a bean bag round after Pech refused to stop, according to police. Investigators later determined that the initial shooting at TJ’s Tavern began when Pech became involved in a verbal dispute behind the bar, police said.
