2015 Dixon May Fair Will Be 'Nuttin' But Fun!'

ART: 2015 THEME ART BY STEVE DANA

News from Dixon May Fair:

With walnuts and almonds as two of the top ten commodities grown in Solano County, the Dixon May Fair says that is “Nuttin’ but Fun!”. The Fair announced their 2015 Fair theme this week with the unveiling of the new artwork by Steve Dana depicting a cast of farm animal characters that have become familiar to Fair visitors as they harvest nuts and fair favorites.

“As an agriculture-based Fair in Solano County we saw the opportunity to promote a local commodity and educate the public about our walnut and almond crops while having some fun at the same time,” said Patricia Conklin, CEO of the Dixon May Fair. The Dixon May Fair has been supporting agriculture in Solano County for 140 years.
