3 Arrested After Traffic Stop Leads To Discovery Of Gun, Drugs: Police

An unlicensed 16-year-old was driving the car, according to Fairfield PD.

SOLANO COUNTY, CA – Two men and a teen were arrested Monday night after a traffic stop in Fairfield led to the alleged discovery of an illegal firearm and narcotics, according to police.

Police said officers were out on a routine patrol in the 300 block of Acacia Street around 9:45 p.m., when they stopped a vehicle for traffic related offenses.

According to police, an unlicensed 16-year-old was driving the vehicle with two Fairfield residents, Jonathan Banda and Aldair Alday-Bravo, as passengers.

A search of the vehicle allegedly yielded a loaded .380 Industria Galesi and what police suspect were narcotics.

All three were arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm and possession of narcotics. Banda and Alday-Bravo were booked into the Solano County Jail, and the teen was booked into Solano County Juvenile Hall.
