The district also celebrated an expanded learning administrator's regional leadership award.
SUISUN CITY, CA — Four Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District schools have earned spots on the 2026 California Honor Roll, giving the district more recognized schools than any other district in Solano County.
Angelo Rodriguez High School, Cordelia Hills Elementary School, K.I. Jones Elementary School and Public Safety Academy received the distinction from Educational Results Partnership, the district announced Thursday.
The annual Honor Roll recognizes public schools for academic achievement, sustained performance and progress in closing achievement gaps. This year, 2,080 schools statewide received the designation, representing approximately 24% of California schools.

Lampson was among 11 regional honorees statewide. Region 4 includes Solano, Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, Napa, San Francisco and San Mateo counties.
Before joining the district in 2025, Lampson spent 12 years as a kindergarten teacher and held roles supporting new educators and English learner initiatives. She began working in expanded learning leadership in Bakersfield in 2024.
At Fairfield-Suisun Unified, Lampson oversees programs that combine academic enrichment, physical activity, mentorship and creative opportunities to support students outside regular classroom hours.
The district's school recognitions were announced Oct. 15, while Lampson's award was presented Oct. 21.
