The Fairfield Police Department is offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Timothy James Mitchell III. Mitchell has an arrest warrant for murder that occurred in Fairfield in 2014.

Mitchell is known to frequent Fairfield and Richmond, California. He is described as a black male, 24 years old. He is 5’11”, weighs 205 pounds, and has black hair and brown eyes.
