Arrest No. 2: Another Suspect Arrested In Thanksgiving Homicide in Fairfield
The 20-year-old man was arrested Friday.

From the Fairfield Police Department:
On November 27, 2014, at approximately 9:27 pm, Fairfield Police Department officers responded to the report of a shooting in the 1900 block of Grande Circle. Upon arrival officers located an adult victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
The victim was located at 1920 Grande Circle and pronounced deceased at the scene. The victim was identified as Dwaine Johnson, a 21 year old Fairfield resident.

Detectives from the Major Crimes Unit responded to the scene and began conducting follow-up. During the course of the investigation, detectives identified a suspect in the Homicide as Leonard Clayton, a 19 year old Fairfield resident.

On January 29, 2014, Clayton was located and placed under arrest. Clayton was booked into the Solano County Jail for Murder.
Clayton is on active probation and has prior law enforcement related contacts for Carrying a Loaded Firearm in Public, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Burglary, Criminal Conspiracy, Possession of Stolen Property, Carrying a Concealed Weapon, Probation Violation and Gambling.
During the course of the investigation, a second suspect in the Homicide was identified as Jalen Hardy, a 20 year old Fairfield resident.
On January 30, 2014, officers and detectives from the Fairfield Police Department located and placed Hardy under arrest. At the time of his arrest, Hardy was in possession of a loaded semi-automatic firearm on his person.
Hardy was booked into the Solano County Jail for Murder and Criminal Conspiracy.
Hardy is on active probation, prohibited from possessing firearms and has prior law enforcement related contacts for Possession of Controlled Substances for Sale and Possession of Marijuana for Sale.
This is an on-going investigation and there is no additional information at this time.
