Assemblymember Jim Frazier invites constituents to coffee

RIO VISTA, CA − Assemblymember Jim Frazier (D-Oakley) invites constituents in the 11th Assembly District to join him for coffee and conversation the morning of Saturday, Aug. 22, and to help dedicate a downtown Rio Vista bench that afternoon.
The Cup of Joe With Jim will be from 10 a.m. to noon at the Rio Vista Firehouse, 350 Main St. Frazier will be available to discuss current legislation and respond to questions, ideas and concerns about state happenings.
Joining Frazier will be Rio Vista Fire Chief Alan Hartford, who will be simultaneously hosting a Fire Station Open House. Refreshments will be served, and there will be opportunities to take photos with the fire engines.

Following the Cup of Joe With Jim, the Assemblymember will join members of RioVision in dedicating a bench that Frazier recently donated to the organization’s city improvement project.
“I am glad that I can be part of this citizen-sponsored effort to revitalize Rio Vista,” said Frazier. “The Main Street and waterfront improvements are a great first step to energizing the city’s economic base.”
The bench is located in front of Foster’s Bighorn, 143 Main St.
