Benicia Ballet Presents 'The Nutcracker' At Solano Community College

Tickets are on sale now for performances Nov. 28, 29, 30 and Dec. 6 and 7.

Solano Community College’s (SCC) Theatre will be graced with the beloved ballet, The Nutcracker, presented by the SCC Music Department, in conjunction with Benicia Ballet Theatre.

The story will be told via six show offerings at the SCC Fairfield Campus Theatre, Saturday, November 29, through Sunday, December 7, with a special preview dress rehearsal on Friday, November 28, at 10:30am.

Ticket prices are $22.00-Adults; $18.00- Seniors/Military; $15.00- Students; children must have a ticket.

The classic Nutcracker story of a young girl’s dream comes to life in this family friendly production, performed with a 50-piece symphony orchestra.

β€œMore than 150 dancers and musicians from throughout Solano County will be performing together to give to our community a magical, artistic performance to start off the holiday season. The partnership with SCC Music Department and Benicia Ballet Theatre makes for a very special celebration of this beautiful holiday tradition,” shared Professor Teri Yumae, SCC Music Department.

Performance Dates/Times: Saturday, November 29th at 2pm & 7pm; Sunday, November 30th at 2pm; Saturday, December 6th at 2pm & 7pm; Sunday, December 7th at 2pm; Preview Dress Rehearsal Friday, November 28th at 10:30am ($10).

About Solano Community College:
