Black Friday Arrests At Vacaville Premium Outlets

In one case, a shopper saw two men removing items from his car.

One person was cited and two were arrested in separate thefts at Vacaville Premium Outlets on Friday evening, a police sergeant said.

Officers responded to a report of a theft in progress at the outlets around 5:20 p.m., police Sgt. Keith Hopper said.

Arriving officers detained a 19-year-old man, identified as Vacaville resident Tristan Love, who a store manager said took property from the business, Hopper said.

About 30 minutes after the first incident, a second unrelated theft was reported by an outlet customer, who saw two people removing items from his car, Hopper said.

The customer gave police the license plate number of the suspects’ car that an officer later spotted on westbound Interstate Highway 80 near Pena Adobe Road, he said.

Police and California Highway Patrol officers were able to stop the car near Travis Boulevard in Fairfield, where they found customer’s property, hundreds of dollars worth of other suspected stolen property and counterfeit currency, Hopper said.

Calvin Willform, 26, of Vallejo, and Antonia Williams, 29, of San Francisco, were both arrested and booked into Solano County Jail on suspicion of burglary, possession of stolen property, possession of counterfeit currency and conspiracy.

Willform was found to have a felony warrant for his arrest out of Sacramento County in a previous burglary, according to police.
