Citrus Bounty Cooking Class

Cooking class at Il Fiorello Olive Oil Co. on Saturday, March 14th 11am-1pm

Our trees are overflowing with spectacular citrus! Learn how to use your bounty of fruit in this two hour class all about cooking with citrus. Chef Marvin Martin will demonstrate recipes including: Minneola Tangelo-Olive Oil Cake with Crème Fraiche, Seville Orange Marmalade, Candied Orange Peels & Kumquats, and Warm Ginger Lemonade.

Cost of the class is $50. Reservations are required and can be made at www.ilfiorello.com. This is a demonstration-style class including tastes of the recipes and a tour of Il Fiorello’s citrus garden.
