- Are you able to build rapport with teens?
- Do you have at least two years of paid work experience working with teens?
- Have you coordinated sports events for teens? (Basketball, flag football, etc.)
- Do you know how a video game tournament, skate night, 3 on 3 basketball league, or laser tag game can build social and emotional skills?
- Do you enjoy being innovative? Do you thrive on trying new things?
- Are you ready to do critical work on behalf of underserved students, families, and neighborhoods in Fairfield?
Then you should apply to work as a PAL Program Specialist.
The position works Mondays-Thursdays 12:30-9:30pm and Fridays 2pm -11pm. The salary is $50,442.08 - $61,312.16 annually. The Fairfield PAL Program is open to Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis Students ages 13-18 who are enrolled in school. Memberships are FREE and can be applied for at the Fairfield Community Center (1000 Kentucky Street) with a current ID and parent / guardian signature. The PAL Center is currently closed as we prepare to re-open at our new site located at 2250 North Texas Street later this summer.
