Fairfield police are seeking the public's help in locating an elderly man suffering from dementia missing since Sunday evening. Joe Ford, 71, was last seen near NorthBay Medical Center around 7:45 p.m. Sunday, police said. He is described as a black man last seen wearing a white jacket, blue jeans and sunglasses, according to police. Ford is known to frequent bars and liquor stores, police said. Anyone with information on Ford's whereabouts is asked to call Fairfield police at (707) 428-7300.--Bay City News
